Eligibility Conditions

Items eligible for return or exchange must meet ALL of the following:

  • Item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and labels attached
  • Return or exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Item must be in its original packaging (box, bag, or wrapping)
  • Product must not have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
  • All accessories, free gifts, and promotional items must be returned together

The following items are NOT eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase
  • Beauty and cosmetic products that have been opened or used
  • Intimates, swimwear, and sleepwear for hygiene reasons
  • Items returned after the 7-day return window
  • Items with signs of wear, washing, perfume, or deodorant marks
  • Items altered or modified by the customer

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1

Contact Us

Reach out to our customer service via WhatsApp or the contact page within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and reason for return or exchange.

Step 2

Get Approval

Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility within 24 hours. You will receive a return approval confirmation with instructions.

Step 3

Pack the Item

Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and free gifts included. Make sure the product is unworn and in its original condition.

Step 4

Ship or Drop Off

Bring the packaged item to our store location or ship it to our address. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Step 5

Inspection & Processing

Once we receive the item, our team will inspect it within 2-3 business days. You will be notified of the inspection result via WhatsApp or phone.

Step 6

Refund or Exchange

For refunds: processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method. For exchanges: the replacement item will be shipped to you within 3-5 business days after approval.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exchange Availability

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, a refund will be offered instead.

Sale Items

Items purchased during sales or with discount codes are eligible for exchange only, not for refund, unless otherwise stated.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photos. We will cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement.

Partial Returns

If returning part of a bundled or multi-item order, the refund will be calculated based on the individual item price, not the bundled discount.
